Ummm crush alert! I love Josh Groban! I once had a dream that he and I were in an elevator together which then got stuck between floors… that time we sat there in the air, awaiting the elevator technician, we fell in love. It was a great dream. Much more exciting than my every day, that is for sure.
PS. This song = uplifting.
I am not a huge Katy Perry fan, as a rule, but this song really caught my ear and then when I ever saw the video, I became a fan! I love anything uplifting and/ or encouraging and/or empowering. If I am premenstrual? I might even get teary at songs/videos like this.TMI.
It’s time I break out the big guns… and those guns names are Celine and Dion. I LOVE her… and I have met her (no lie!) I am not ashamed of my undying love of Ms.Celine Dion, my French Canadien Angel, who has just given birth to miracle twins! Congratulations by the by, to Renee and Celine. So happy for them!
So I went to see Florence and the Machine at the House of Blues here in Boston last night. Ummm besides the absolute obnoxiousness of my fellow concert goers (being that it was Halloween and the 3 girls dressed as gypsies nearly made me go blind with the thousands of flashes as they performed an unnecessary photoshoot pre-show) and the terrible opening acts (off key and uncreative), Florence was nothing short of AMAZING. Her band was all decked out for Halloween, including Flo herself. They performed the entire album (save You’ve Got the Love which, yes, was disappointing) and it was an energetic show to say the least. It was totally worth staying up past my bedtime for. In honor of my Halloweeny good time, I give you Florence and the Machine.
I happen to love this song… but more than I love this song, I happen to love this video as it has been billed as the “Robin Hood of Sherwood” version, which makes it amaaaaazing.
